The hotel is conveniently located next to a beautiful park and is just a short walk or metro ride from the city center. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the main restaurant, where they can also request personalized items to be made. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable mattresses and heated floors in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always presentable. The hotel also offers a wonderful SPA and free, fast internet throughout the property.
The sushi from the hotel's restaurant could have been fresher.

I was really surprised by the helpfulness of the hotel staff. I had an early morning flight and the lounge wasn't open for breakfast, but the receptionist provided me with free access to the restaurant so I could eat before my activities. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed they prioritize guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel for their really good service.

Great service from the staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, close to major attractions and transportation. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and lobby.
Expensive nightly rates, not very competitive compared to other hotels. Limited amenities, could use more options for dining and entertainment.

While the location has some advantages, it is a little far from the city center and the main landmarks. Nonetheless, the hotel provides a shuttle service that makes it easy to navigate around the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the heart of this bustling city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with a lovely floral scent throughout. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and always presented themselves well. The facilities, particularly the spa and fitness floor, were great. The internet was fast and available throughout the hotel, a great benefit. this hotel provided excellent service and had great amenities in a prime location.
